Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including herbal supplements, tinctures, teas, skincare, and personal care items, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products. This is strictly for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.
Custom and made-to-order products
Custom orders include any personalised blends, tinctures, balms, capsules, or formulations created specifically for you.
By purchasing a custom formulation, you agree that this item is non-refundable once production has begun.
As these products are made specifically to your requirements, we may need to source ingredients or create formulations that are not part of our regular stock. Because of this, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once payment has been made and preparation or production has started.
If you need to make a change to a custom order, you must contact us immediately after purchase. Once production has begun, no changes can be made.
Returning standard items
If you wish to return a standard product, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. If your return is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Restocking and processing fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking and handling fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Refund process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
