Return and Refund Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Mumma’s Medicina. If something isn’t right, please read the policy below so we can resolve it fairly and safely.


Due to the nature of our products, including herbal supplements, tinctures, teas, skincare, and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.


If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


We do not offer refunds for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.


Sale items, digital products, and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
